1. Definition of Terms: * "Agreement" refers to this Reoccurring Payment Plan agreement between the "Client" and "Beauty Lounge Walthamstow." * "Client" refers to the individual or entity who is entering into this Agreement for the purpose of making reoccurring payments. * "Beauty Lounge Walthamstow" refers to the individual or entity who is receiving the reoccurring payments from the Client. * "Payment Amount" refers to the agreed-upon amount that the Client will pay to the Solicitor on a reoccurring monthly basis. * "Payment Schedule" refers to the frequency with which the Client will make the reoccurring payments to Beauty Lounge Walthamstow.

2. Purpose of Agreement: * This Agreement is entered into for the purpose of establishing a reoccurring monthly payment plan between the Client and Beauty Lounge Walthamstow. The Client agrees to make the Payment Amount to Beauty Lounge Walthamstow on the Payment Schedule.

3. Payment Amount and Schedule: * The Client agrees to pay the Payment Amount stated at checkout & on the Invoice received after checkout - minus the £50 deposit already paid by the Client to Beauty Lounge Walthamstow on the Payment Schedule. The recurring payment installment plan will be for 6 months, starting from the date of purchase. The total sum will be divided in 6 monthly payments to Beauty Lounge Walthamstow. Additional interest of (INSERT PERCENTAGE) will be added on to the final amount at checkout to cover for payment plan fees. The Payment Amount and Payment Schedule can not be changed after you have paid, submitted & agreed to the terms & conditions.

4. Payment Method: * The Client agrees to make the reoccurring payments using the payment method specified upon checkout to Beauty Lounge Walthamstow. If the Client wishes to change the payment method, they must provide written notice to Beauty Lounge Walthamstow in time before the next payment is due, to avoid any missed payments.

5. Late Payments: * If the Client fails to make a payment on the due date, Beauty Lounge Walthamstow may assess a late fee of 10% of the Payment Amount.

6. Termination of Agreement: * Either the Client or the Solicitor may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination of this Agreement, the Client remains obligated to make all payments due to Beauty Lounge Walthamstow under the terms of this Agreement.

7. Entire Agreement: * This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.

8. Once the terms & conditions have been accepted, there are no refunds for the payment of treatments chosen or booked.
